The program allows you to track baggage at key service points at the airport – at passenger check-in, in the sorting area, when loading into the cargo compartment of the aircraft and at the time of delivery to the baggage transporter upon arrival at the destination airport.
This application: excludes sending luggage to another flight, since after scanning the wrong place of luggage – the program signals the operator about an error; reduces the time to search for luggage in the cargo compartment of the aircraft in case of passenger removal, accordingly, minimizes the delays of customers’ flights and makes it possible to evaluate the individual contribution of each loader-operator and analyze its performance by reviewing the history.
